Description 1. The knowledge and support technical assistance (TA) will support capacity building of Pakistan's federal and provincial governments on the structural transformation, programming, and management of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) portfolio in Pakistan. 2. Initiated at the request of the Government of Pakistan, the TA will (i) facilitate the effective and efficient delivery of the development impacts of new structural reform initiatives, and (ii) deepen the anchoring of ADB's country partnership strategy, country programming, and portfolio management in the government's policies and strategies.
